Lilian holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from Kenyatta University and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. As a Certified Professional Mediator (CPM) trained by the Mediation Training Institute East Africa (MTI), she serves both in private mediation and as a Court-Accredited Mediator, handling matters referred by the Kenyan Judiciary.

Her Associate Membership with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (ACIArb) further elevates her expertise in arbitration, positioning her as a well-rounded Alternative Dispute Resolution specialist.
